Jules, affectionately known as Mr. Jules Vern, is a 14-year-old short-haired gentleman with a heart as big as his story. After living a very hard life as a stray found in 2024, Jules came to the sanctuary with cauliflower ears and no teeth, having had them removed due to severe dental issues—but none of that dimmed his loving spirit. Despite everything he’s been through, Jules is an incredibly sweet and affectionate boy who adores his people and loves to follow them from room to room, just happy to be near. He is fully house-trained and friendly with other cats, though he can be a bit territorial around food and treats. His experience with dogs and children is unknown. Jules is the kind of soul who truly appreciates the safety and comfort of a home, and he would bring immense joy, gratitude, and quiet companionship to a family willing to give a senior cat the love he so deeply deserves.
