No Show Policy
We value your time and ours and maintain a robust waitlist for our grooming appointments. To ensure fair access to our services for all clients, we’ve implemented the following policy: We kindly request 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate clients on our waitlist and manage our schedule efficiently. To secure your appointment, we require a credit card to be kept on file in our secure system. In case of a no-show or same-day cancellation, we will charge the full amount of the booked appointment to this card. Our booking system automatically sends confirmation notices and reminders via email or text. We ask that you confirm your appointment upon receiving these notifications. We understand that unexpected events can occur, and this policy helps us serve our community effectively while respecting everyone’s schedules. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service to all our feline friends and their owners.
Boarding
Cat Boarding | Kitty Day Care
Situated in a cozy living-room-type environment, our cat boarding facility within the Whole Cat and Kaboodle in Kirkland seeks to provide care beyond just food and safety. A large communal space offers the choice to stretch the legs without competing for territory; big picture windows frame a side street of downtown Kirkland where birds and squirrels scurry by.
Volunteers visit every day to provide company and entertainment.
At our kitty resort, we understand how important it is for you to stay connected with your pet, and that’s why we’ll keep in touch, sending pictures and updates about your companion! Litter, bedding, food, dishes, toys, and playtime are all included in the nightly rate.

A completed online boarding release waiver is required before drop-off for each cat.
Please fill out the form fully and to the best of your ability, and be clear when describing your cat, including any issues they have had in the past, any surgeries or diagnoses from the vet, and any concerns you have while they stay with us.
We cannot board diabetic cats or cats that have had surgery in the past week.
For safety reasons, we ask that all cats have their collars removed before drop-off.
Drop off is 9 am-5 pm any day of the week after a reservation has been made.
