No Show Policy
We value your time and ours and maintain a robust waitlist for our grooming appointments. To ensure fair access to our services for all clients, we’ve implemented the following policy: We kindly request 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate clients on our waitlist and manage our schedule efficiently. To secure your appointment, we require a credit card to be kept on file in our secure system. In case of a no-show or same-day cancellation, we will charge the full amount of the booked appointment to this card. Our booking system automatically sends confirmation notices and reminders via email or text. We ask that you confirm your appointment upon receiving these notifications. We understand that unexpected events can occur, and this policy helps us serve our community effectively while respecting everyone’s schedules.
