Sonny is a striking six-year-old lilac point kitty with a unique personality and a lot of potential in the right home. He came to us as an owner surrender after struggling with behavioral challenges in his previous environment, and he’s currently working on building better habits with the help of a structured routine and an improved diet.

Sonny will need a very patient, cat-savvy person who understands feline body language and is willing to give him the time and space he needs to feel secure. He can become overstimulated, so learning his cues and respecting his boundaries will be key to helping him succeed. Because of this, he would do best in a calm, adult-only home without a lot of activity.

He is currently looking for a foster or foster-to-adopt placement where someone can continue supporting his progress and help him feel safe and understood. With consistency, patience, and the right environment, Sonny has the potential to make meaningful progress and form a strong bond.
